Thread accuracy: Achievable to 6g / 6H per ISO/DIN/GB/JIS standards.

Certifications: IATF 16949:2016 (automotive), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 – full process control from incoming material to dispatch.

Process control: SPC real-time monitoring with first-off, in-process, and final inspections; all critical dimensions are 100% optically sorted – not AQL sampling.

Mechanical testing: Hardness (HRC/HV), tensile/yield strength (outsourced to accredited labs), and torque-tension correlation testing available.

Documentation: Each batch comes with a complete inspection report (dimension, material certification, hardness, torque data) – sent digitally in advance or with the shipment.
